Terms of Sale – Boudoir Sessions By booking a session with Creative Spectrum Photography, you agree to the following: Retainer & Payment: A non-refundable retainer of $35 is required to secure your session date. Payment plans that have a first payment less than $35 are still reserved. In the event that a return is needed, the retainer fee o $35 is still non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by the day of your session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Retainers are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. In the case of cancellations due to severe illness, unsafe weather conditions, medical emergencies, or loss of a loved one the retainer may be refunded or transferred to a new date at the photographer’s discretion. Product Orders: All sales of prints, albums, and digital images are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Copyright & Usage: Creative Spectrum Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for purchased images. A model release is optional and only required for images to be used in marketing or portfolio. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
